About this file
This document is an exhibit depicting the Hargrove Water Point infrastructure requirements for the JMMU (Joint Multinational Military Unit) facility. The water point includes three primary components: one industrial well with a minimum 100 gallons per minute (gpm) yield equipped with a pump house and heating system; one elevated 5,000-gallon water tank; and one semi-buried concrete storage tank measuring 34 feet in diameter and 12 feet tall with a capacity of 80,000 gallons and a wall height of 48 inches above ground (reference 14R PV 15573 56798).
Supporting infrastructure and requirements include a 3-inch water line spanning 375 feet connecting the well to the storage tanks, a 10-inch cement-stabilized road base providing access around the tank perimeter, 1,000 linear feet of 8-foot-tall wildlife fencing with a lockable gate surrounding the facility, 30-foot gates for site access, a windsock with lighting, and two additional aviation navigation balls positioned toward the JMMU. The cement-stabilized soil must be applied between the fence and road base. Installation specifications require a ladder within the tank that does not extend above the tank walls to prevent snagging hazards, and all trees within the fenced area must be removed. The document was last updated on August 6, 2025 at 0730 hours.
