About this file
This exhibit outlines personnel security requirements for a contract supporting the AT Augusta Military Medical Center Ambulatory Care Center. Contractors must comply with regulations regarding access to protected health and personnel information. Criminal history background checks are required for all contractor personnel, including a childcare background check for those providing direct healthcare to minors. Contractors can employ individuals pending interim approval but must enforce supervision of those working with children. Background checks involve fingerprinting and inquiries through the FBI and state criminal records. The government is responsible for associated costs and contractors cannot separately price collection of background check information.
