About this file

This is a Seasonal Task Matrix exhibit for irrigation system maintenance and service at Austin State Hospital in Texas. The document outlines the vendor's responsibilities across four seasonal periods—Spring (March-May), Summer (June-August), Fall (September-November), and Winter (December-February)—with specific tasks and frequencies for each category. The vendor must maintain controllers through monthly reviews and seasonal adjustments; service dripline and bubblers through weekly inspections and monthly audits; inspect valves and boxes weekly for leaks and defects; conduct monthly backflow inspections with annual testing as required; and service all 11 interior courtyards under escort according to an approved schedule (Monday-Friday, 8 AM-3 PM) with mandatory removal of all tools, materials, and debris before exiting. Each season concludes with submission of a detailed report covering performed activities and system conditions, with an additional full-system inspection, pressure testing, and decoder/electrical evaluation required annually during the winter period.

The document establishes performance frequencies and maintenance standards but does not contain information regarding pricing terms, set-asides, incumbents, contract duration, renewal options, funding sources, or other financial requirements. The matrix serves as an operational guide specifying the scope and timing of irrigation maintenance activities required throughout the calendar year at the facility.
