About this file

This document is Exhibit E, a Rate Proposal Form for Washington State Department of Corrections (DOC) RFP K13803, specifically related to the McNeil Island Barge #2 drydocking project. The form outlines unit pricing for various services associated with vessel maintenance, including additional dry-storage days, pier-side billing, and labor rates for painting, metal fabrication, welding, project management, and general labor. The rate proposal is valid for 150 days and allows DOC to potentially accept the pricing without further negotiation.

The rate proposal includes detailed hourly and daily rates for different types of labor and services, with provisions for time and material work. The document specifies billing rates for straight time, overtime, and double-time labor, and includes unit pricing for steel materials (5/16" and 3/8" plates). DOC reserves the right to have work performed on a time and material basis in lieu of the quoted prices, providing flexibility in project execution. The form is designed to cover additional work not included in the fixed-fee contract, ensuring comprehensive pricing for potential maintenance and repair activities for the McNeil Island Barge #2.
