EXHIBIT D
COST PROPOSAL
INSTRUCTIONS
Bidders must provide a cost proposal detailing all the costs associated with DOC’s purchase of the two 30-34-passenger prisoner transport modules. The Cost Proposal may be provided on a separate sheet, but must state the cost in a clear, concise, and easy to read manner.
The cost proposal is a firm offer for a period of 150 days following receipt, and it may be accepted by DOC without further negotiation (except where obviously required by lack of certainty in key terms) at any time within the 150-day period.
