The cost proposal must include all costs associated with the DOC's purchase of the two 13-passenger transport modules. The pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, funding sources and amounts, and any other salient information are not explicitly stated in this document. The cost proposal will be evaluated by the DOC as part of the overall proposal evaluation.

COST PROPOSAL

INSTRUCTIONS

Bidders must provide a cost proposal detailing all the costs associated with DOC’s purchase of the two 13-passenger prisoner transport modules. The Cost Proposal may be provided on a separate sheet, but must state the cost in a clear, concise, and easy to read manner.

The cost proposal is a firm offer for a period of 150 days following receipt, and it may be accepted by DOC without further negotiation (except where obviously required by lack of certainty in key terms) at any time within the 150-day period.
