About this file

This document is a competitive solicitation for a Master Contract for custom uniforms and related alteration services issued by the State of Washington. The solicitation consists of two sections - Section 1 requires bidders to provide pricing for various uniform items, indicate if they are bidding the Standard of Quality (SOQ) item or an equivalent alternative, and provide a link or documentation to demonstrate that the equivalent meets or exceeds the SOQ specification. Section 2 requires bidders to indicate a minimum order quantity and any associated surcharges for orders less than the minimum. The solicitation also includes a section for bidders to provide pricing for various alteration services. The contract term and any renewal options are not specified.

The pricing terms allow bidders to submit multiple bids, but each bid must be submitted separately and meet all the requirements of the solicitation. The solicitation states that bids requiring minimum orders of more than 200 units per style will be considered non-responsive. No information is provided about set asides, incumbents, funding requirements and sources, or the current environment.
