The exhibit requires bidders to provide information about their company's capabilities, minimum order requirements, fitting and alteration processes, and management of custom uniform fabric inventory. For bidders in Category 2, the exhibit also requests information about physical locations within Washington State for fit testing, measurements, and alterations, including the ability to travel to the Purchaser's location.

Please respond to all the questions below. Incomplete or limited responses may receive lower scoring.
1. BIDDER CAPABILITIES. Provide a statement of your company’s ability to deliver custom uniforms and related alteration services sought under this Competitive Solicitation. Please address prior experience, certifications, resources, quality management systems, and anything else that might be applicable.
2. MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS. Please describe your minimum order requirements for custom uniforms.
3. FITTINGS & ALTERATIONS. How are fittings and alterations accomplished by your company? Describe available options (store front, subcontracted, traveling representatives, etc.) and timelines (request for fitting to delivery).
4. MANAGING FABRIC STOCK. Due to the nature of the custom uniform requirement, these items often have long manufacturing lead times. Having a custom uniform fabric ‘out of stock’ for the manufacturer is not acceptable to the State. What processes and controls does your company have in place to ensure custom uniform fabric is always available? If a bidder is not a manufacturer, please explain what controls you have with a manufacturer to ensure custom uniform fabric is always available.
5. PHYSICAL LOCATIONS (CATEGORY 2 ONLY). It is desired that bidders have physical locations (or subcontractor locations) for fit testing, measurements and alterations to serve the following Washington State areas: Olympia, Seattle, Spokane, and Vancouver.
a. Please provide addresses for all physical locations your company has (or your subcontractors have) in Washington State to do fit testing, measurement and alterations.
b. Would your company be able to travel to Purchaser’s location for fit testing?
