About this file
This is a Performance Requirements exhibit (Exhibit B2) for a Fresh Dairy Products competitive solicitation issued by the Washington State Department of Enterprise Services. The document outlines the evaluation criteria and submission requirements for bidders, focusing on three main performance areas: bidder experience, sustainability efforts, and web optimization capabilities. Bidders must have a minimum of three years of industry experience to be considered.
The scoring system awards points based on sustainability efforts (50 points possible) and web optimization capabilities (25 points possible). For sustainability, bidders must describe their procedures for reducing packaging environmental impacts and food waste reduction/recycling initiatives. Web optimization points are awarded based on the sophistication of the bidder's online ordering system, with additional points for Electronic Data Invoicing (EDI) capabilities. Each written response is limited to 500 words, and responses will be incorporated into the resulting contract as binding commitments.
