About this file
This document is an Agency Specific Requirements (ASR) exhibit for the Maryville Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) lease proposal for the Department of Veterans Affairs Mountain Home VA Healthcare System. The detailed document provides comprehensive specifications for a medical facility lease, including a precise room schedule with specific requirements for 40+ rooms ranging from exam rooms and offices to utility spaces. Each room is meticulously defined with floor covering type, base material, wall finish, and exact square footage.
The document outlines extensive technical requirements across four key sections: Room Schedule and Details, Design Schematic Layout, Additional Special Requirements, and General Requirements. Critical specifications include security standards (such as intrusion and panic alarm systems), information technology infrastructure (dedicated IT communications room with specific power, cooling, and cabling requirements), and additional provisions like a mobile CT truck pad, guest Wi-Fi, and specific equipment installations. The lease requires category 6A cabling, HIRSCH physical access control systems, Avigilon security cameras, and must meet VA technical infrastructure and security guidelines.
