About this file
This document contains an exhibit for a technical evaluation of a federal solicitation to construct a C-130 flight simulator training facility. The solicitation is seeking a contractor to demonstrate experience with unique site conditions like stormwater pollution prevention and construction within an active airfield, as well as experience building an industrial structure over 10,000 square feet constructed as three separate enveloped sections with controlled HVAC systems and a highbay area capable of supporting heavy equipment like a flight simulator. Relevant electrical experience must include installing underground high voltage lines up to 650 feet and a 500kVA medium voltage transformer, as well as provision of an emergency standby power system. Security experience with intrusion detection, access control systems, and ICD-705 compliant wall and ceiling construction is also required. Offerors must submit details on three most relevant past projects within the last five years using the provided template, not exceeding six pages per project. A combined site visit and pre-proposal conference is scheduled for July 6, 2022.

Submit one (1) form per project; Limit page count to six (6) pages per project, to include Part 1: Project Information.
The intent of this information is to give the Government insight into the offerors experience managing multi-discipline construction projects, focusing on the relevance and extent that contracts submitted for review are similar in size, scope and complexity to the work anticipated under this project.
The offeror shall fill in PARTS 1 & 2 below for each project submitted. Part 2 shall include a brief narrative relating the size, scope and complexity of the identified project to each Key Point. If the scope of an identified project does not include one or more of the Key Points, the offeror shall insert “N/A”. Offerors are cautioned that projects submitted for review which contain relevant experience with more (or all) of the Key Points listed above will be evaluated more favorably than projects that contain less (or none) of the Key Points.
