About this file

This document is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for the NAWCAD WOLF Aegis Radio Communication System (RCS) procurement, detailing 28 separate data deliverable requirements for a potential contract. The CDRL covers a wide range of documentation types including status reports, technical reports, training materials, logistics support plans, maintenance documentation, quality assurance plans, and various other technical and administrative deliverables.

Key submission requirements include specific timelines for draft and final document submissions, with most deliverables requiring 30 calendar days for government review and 10 business days for contractor revisions. The documents are to be submitted electronically, compatible with Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) versions of Microsoft Office or Adobe Acrobat, and distributed primarily to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). The solicitation is currently in draft stage, seeking industry feedback, with the primary point of contact being Nick Suhosky, and the contracting agency is the Department of the Navy Naval Air Systems Command Naval Air Warfare Center.
