About this file

This document appears to be related to a state and local contract opportunity issued by the State of Florida, specifically the Office of Policy and Budget, for Grants Management System Platform, Development, and Implementation Services. The contract involves the development and implementation of a unified statewide process for federal grants management reporting and transparency that provides robust monitoring and analysis across the grant life cycle, promotes accessibility and awareness of grant opportunities and successes, maximizes the award of federal funding, and functions as a one-stop shop for state and federal grants. The contract is open to qualified vendors, and the procurement process includes several addenda posted between January and June 2024, with a pre-response meeting scheduled. The contract term and any potential renewal options are not specified.

The document also outlines the information required to be submitted as part of the contract, including details on the grant programs, funding sources, budgetary fields, and staffing requirements. The contract appears to be funded through federal and state sources, with specific line items and appropriation categories identified. The document does not provide any details on pricing terms, set-asides, incumbents, or other salient information related to the financial aspects of the contract.
