About this file

This document is an addendum to ITN No. EOG-ITN-24-01 issued by the Executive Office of the Governor (EOG) of the state of Florida. The ITN is for the purpose of identifying a qualified vendor to provide a grants management system (GMS) platform, development, and implementation services. The project aims to leverage technology to support a unified statewide process for federal grants management reporting and transparency, promoting accessibility and awareness of grant opportunities, maximizing federal funding, and functioning as a one-stop shop for state and federal grants. The solution must be highly configurable with minimal vendor or IT support. The ITN includes a 18-24 month pilot implementation focused on the Florida Department of Health, with plans to expand the system to additional state agencies over the initial 4-year contract term.

The addendum provides clarification on response submission requirements, revises contract terms, and addresses various questions from potential bidders. It also outlines the state's responsibilities in providing project staffing to support the implementation. The EOG has not specified a budget amount but indicates the rates provided for additional services will be used to negotiate change orders for implementation with additional agencies beyond the pilot phase.
