Exhibit_1_-_Building_Location.pdf

This is a site location map exhibit for a Department of Public Works Utilities facility project in Waldorf, Maryland, prepared for the Board of Commissioners of Charles County. The map displays the proposed site location at 2660 & 2690 Old Washington Road in Waldorf, Maryland 20601, with surrounding landmarks including nearby commercial establishments such as Raley's Furniture, Golden Corral, Toyota/Scion dealership, The Salvation Army, and Roy Rogers restaurant. The site encompasses approximately 10 acres and is positioned in proximity to major roadways including Old Washington Road, Central Avenue, Acton Lane, and Waldorf Lane. The map provides geographic context through reference to tax parcel data from the Maryland State Department of Assessments and Taxation and the Charles County Maryland Department of Tax Records as of July 22, 2026.

The exhibit serves as a visual reference for the proposed Department of Public Works Utilities Waldorf Regional Facility, which will consist of approximately 63,000 square feet of building space along with several on-site improvements. This site location documentation supports the broader solicitation by the Board of Commissioners of Charles County for architectural, engineering, and site development design services, with the objective of preparing contract drawings and specifications and obtaining all applicable permits for construction of the new utilities facility.
