About this file
This is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) document for the Secure Executive Network Software Support contract with the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD). The document outlines 34 required data deliverables across management, software development, security, documentation, and administrative categories spanning the contract period.
The CDRL specifies detailed delivery requirements for technical documentation including Software Requirements Specifications, Software Design Descriptions, Software Test Plans and Reports, System/Subsystem Design Descriptions, and Interface Requirements and Design specifications. Additionally, the contract requires deliverables covering government property inventories, small business utilization reports, organizational conflict of interest mitigation plans, Operations Security plans, DIACAP/RMF certification data, cybersecurity implementation plans and vulnerability reports, training materials, user and operator manuals, technical reports, and various management reports including cost segregation by Technical Direction Letter and Requirements Traceability Verification Matrices. Most technical documentation deliverables require draft submission within 20 business days of COR request with final versions due 10 calendar days after government comment receipt. Monthly management reports require submission within 10 business days of month-end. All deliverables must be submitted electronically in NMCI-compatible formats (Microsoft Office or Adobe PDF). The COR retains approval authority for most deliverables, with government review periods ranging from 10 to 20 calendar days depending on document type. Contractor format is acceptable for selected items provided intent requirements are met. The solicitation number is N00421-2X-R-0TBD with contract line items 8000, 8100, 8200, and 8300.
