About this file
This is an amendment document issued by the State of Tennessee Department of Military for a fence and gate installation project at the Army National Guard location in Gordonsville, Tennessee. Amendment One, effective January 21, 2026, revises the original Event 34101-13791 Terms and replaces them entirely with Event 34101-13791 Terms Jan 21 2026 Revised. The project encompasses installation of approximately 476 linear feet of 7-foot tall Ameristar Impasse II security fencing, 198 linear feet of 6-foot tall chain link fencing with barbed wire, one 24-linear-foot security gate with roll design, one 3-foot single swing gate, two dual-height gooseneck access control stands with cameras, and one heavy-duty gate operator. A mandatory site visit was scheduled for January 27, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. CST, with written questions due by January 29, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. CST. Bids were due through the EDISON procurement system by February 6, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. CST, with the contract effective March 1, 2026, for twelve months with a potential 180-day optional extension. The contract will be awarded to the lowest-cost respondent meeting all requirements.
Bidders must be registered with the Tennessee Supplier Portal and comply with state contractor licensing requirements, with contractors over $25,000 required to provide their Tennessee State Contractor License Number. The contract carries a maximum liability of $250,000 and requires comprehensive insurance coverage, including workers' compensation and commercial general liability. Contractors must submit specification sheets for any proposed alternative products, provide documentation of sales tax registration, install concrete foundations with electrical and data communication conduits, and submit as-built documentation in PDF format. The security fence and gates include a 15-year Perma-Coat warranty. Bidders must comply with state regulations including the Iran Divestment Act and nondiscrimination standards, maintain confidentiality of state information, and leave the work area in "broom clean" condition upon project completion.
