Each trailer must accommodate six shower stations, six sinks, six mirrors, and six soap/paper towel dispensers, along with two stackable washer/dryer units and a folding table. The trailers require marine-grade flooring, a dedicated mechanical room, and keypad door locks. General specifications include a 2 5/16" coupler with electric tongue jack, silver exterior color, one mounted spare wheel and tire, stowed exterior steps at each door, a folding stainless steel entry handle, and comprehensive LED lighting with two flood lights on each side, one on front and rear, and an exterior patio light. Delivery must occur within twelve months of purchase order receipt to TEMA's facility at 3041 Sidco Drive, Nashville, Tennessee 37204. The designated point of contact is Andrew Bates at 865-209-5575 or andrew.bates@tn.gov.

The plumbing and water systems must include a minimum 200-gallon fresh water tank, a minimum 1,000-gallon waste tank, an LP on-demand water heater with propane tanks, city water supply capability via pressurized garden hose with onboard pump, and sanitary hoses with fittings for waste evacuation. Electrical and HVAC systems require two 15,000 BTU air conditioning units, a 25-foot or longer power cord per connection, and power distribution equipment including a power cube or power distribution box with Cam-Lok input capability if multiple 50-amp connections are needed. All materials and systems must comply with DOT, RVIA, and ANSI standards, with electrical systems meeting NEC standards and plumbing designed for potable water safety and grey/black water containment. The contract maximum liability for shower/laundry trailers is $330,000, with all pricing on an F.O.B. destination basis including delivery costs.
