About this file
This is an addendum to a solicitation issued by the State of Texas for emergency services and building-related contract work. The addendum modifies the original solicitation 26R0003937 and addresses clarifications, corrections, and amendments to the scope of work and project requirements. The document serves to update bidders on changes to evaluation criteria, technical specifications, and administrative procedures that were outlined in the initial solicitation documents. Bidders are required to acknowledge receipt of this addendum as part of their proposal submission, and all terms and conditions contained within supersede conflicting language in the original solicitation documents.
The addendum includes revisions to pricing structures, submission requirements, and contract performance standards. It clarifies the evaluation methodology for bids, adjusts any quantity specifications or deliverables, and may address questions or issues raised during the pre-bid period. The document establishes that all prospective bidders must incorporate the addendum terms into their proposals to be considered responsive, and failure to acknowledge the addendum may result in bid rejection. This addendum represents the final opportunity for the State of Texas to modify solicitation requirements before the deadline for proposal submission and ensures all qualified bidders have uniform and current information for preparing competitive offers.
