About this file

This document is an attachment to a state and local contract opportunity issued by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ). It provides detailed specifications for an ozone analyzer that meets federal reference or equivalent method designation requirements. The analyzer must have various features, including microprocessor-based digital circuitry, a digital display with touchscreen interface, logging capabilities, adjustable span and zero, front panel diagnostics, analog and serial outputs, and controlled flow with user-selectable ranges. It must also meet specific performance criteria for zero noise, span noise, lower detectable limit, zero and span drift, precision, response time, linearity, and sample flow rate. The contract requires the analyzer to be new, with a minimum 2-year warranty, and includes delivery, manual, and technical support requirements.

The contract opportunity is for replacement equipment and parts to continue operating stationary air monitoring sites in Texas and meet federal requirements. No pricing terms, set asides, or funding information is provided in the document. The contract term and any renewal options are not specified.
