About this file
The document is the Disclosure of Potential Conflicts of Interest Form for Request for Offers (RFO) No. 608-24-20855A for an Inventory Management System issued by the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV). The RFO is part of TxDMV's efforts to implement changes required by House Bill 718 from the 88th Texas Legislative Regular Session, which mandates motor vehicle dealers to obtain metal license plates from TxDMV rather than issuing temporary paper buyer's tags. The form requires the respondent to disclose information about their ownership, consultants, interested parties, and any gifts or meetings with TxDMV officials. This information is intended to help TxDMV identify and address any potential conflicts of interest in the procurement process.
The form also includes requirements for the respondent to provide organizational charts for themselves and any subcontractors or suppliers. Additionally, the form states that TxDMV is committed to vetting any conflicts of interest or appearances of conflicts that may arise during the procurement process and will use the information provided in the form for this purpose.
