About this file
This amendment modifies a solicitation for construction services to replace the fire alarm system and expand the sprinkler system at a federal courthouse in Binghamton, New York. The General Services Administration is seeking proposals to remove and replace the existing fire alarm system and expand the sprinkler system throughout the entire Binghamton U.S. Courthouse building located at 15 Henry Street. The amendment updates the total project construction cost from not less than $5 million to up to $5 million, instructs offerors to submit proposals via email only, removes a reference to past performance evaluations, modifies requirements for joint venture proposals, incorporates an affirmative procurement program clause, and removes evaluative text about contractor performance assessments.
