Fire Alarm and Sprinkler Systems Renovation Binghamton US Courthouse 15 Henry Street, Binghamton, NY 13901
AMENDMENT NO: 03
March 12, 2020
Amendment No. 3 is hereby issued to incorporate the following changes:
1. The Requests for Information (RFI) contained in Amendment 01 has been updated as follows:
a. “All RFIs shall be sent via email to Jason Litz (jason.litz@gsa.gov) and a copy to John Marino (john.marino@gsa.gov)” is now changed to read “All RFIs shall be sent via email to Peter Smith (peter.smith@gsa.gov) and a copy to John Marino (john.marino@gsa.gov).”
THE ENTIRE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP), INCLUDING AMENDMENT
NO.03 COMPRISES THE COMPLETED RFP PACKAGE, AND MUST BE SIGNED
AND RETURED WITH THE SUBMISSION OF AN OFFER IN RESPONSE TO THIS
RFP.
ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN THE SAME.
