This draft request for proposal (DRFP) solicits comments on a software engineering services contract to support NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC). The contract will be a cost-plus-fixed-fee indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity agreement with a period of performance of five years and the ability to issue cost-reimbursable task orders. A top secret sensitive compartmented information facility clearance will be required.

Key Skills and Abilities—A degree in the disciplinary area of computer science, computer engineer, or management of information technology. Experience using build scripts and installer tools. Basic technical knowledge in software development methodologies, design, and implementation.

Minimum Requirements:

Education—BS Experience—12 years

Key Skills and Abilities—

• Software development interns must be firmiliar with a modern programming language such as HTML, Python, JavaScript, Matlab, C/C+ or similar.

• Business/Finance/Graphics interns must be proficient with MS office (Word, Excel, PPT), Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or Premiere

• Must be a self-starter able to work independently and able to learn quickly to changing requirements.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a project team in a research environment

• Must be a junior/senior in High School with a GPA of 3.2 or higher.
