45. L.26 (b)(2) pg. 92 In the answers to questions posted on June 10, 2020, question #17 queried the government about the use of specific font for diagrams, tables, charts, artwork, etc. The government responded, specifically, that offerors should use Times New Roman.
In the answers posted today, October 8, 2020, a competitor posed a similar question (#8), requesting the use of Arial 10 pt. font; the government stated that Arial 10 pt. was permissible for diagrams, tables, and artwork.
Government rescinds latest response in Q&A dated October 7, 2020 to Question 8.
Government’s previous response FROM: Yes, the government will allow Arial 10 pt. for diagrams, tables, and artwork.
Government’s corrected response TO:
No, the government will not allow Arial 10 pt. for diagrams, tables, and artwork, but will ONLY allow Times New Roman.
