About this file
This Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) outlines four data items required under a ten-year requirements contract to perform a Service Life Extension Program (SLEP) on various Caterpillar construction vehicles for the U.S. Army. The contractor will inspect, repair, and return approximately 240 government-furnished vehicles to a like-new condition, including dozers, graders, loaders, scrapers, and a water distributor. Data items include Condition Inspection Reports and Additional Work Estimates for each vehicle, monthly status reports, and qualification test results for any new corrosion application processes. The contractor must also submit an Item Unique Identification marking plan and candidate list to properly tag assets. Submittals are due no less than 60 days before production readiness reviews, within 20 days of vehicle transport, and monthly during contract performance.
