About this file

This is an ELIN (Exhibit Line Item Number) Schedule Proposal Worksheet detailing water and wastewater sampling requirements for Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center (MCAGCC) in Twentynine Palms, CA. The worksheet outlines sampling requirements across a base period (2025) and five option periods through 2030, with both Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) line items.

The sampling requirements include weekly testing of total coliform organisms, dissolved solids, and chlorine residual testing across multiple zones; monthly testing of various parameters at the treatment plant including TDS, arsenic, boron, and fluoride; quarterly well testing for contaminants like VOCs and radiological compounds; and annual testing for metals and other chemicals. The contract includes both regular sampling schedules and provisions for emergency sampling and retakes. Each contract period contains approximately 53 FFP line items for routine sampling and 33 IDIQ line items for additional services like retakes and emergency calls. The worksheet corresponds to solicitation N62473-25-R-1615, which requires ELAP accreditation and has response times of 24 hours for routine calls and 4 hours for emergencies.
