9. We understand that the current employees are members of Industrial, Technical & Professional Employees Union, and that we would have to follow the practices of the Service Contract Act and also the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Can we obtain the current number of employees, job titles, pay rates, and number of hours worked per week prior to a bid proposal? I have gotten some information from your website on pay rates for certain jobs etc., but there are too many variables so it does not give me current and accurate information.

There are currently 10 employees: 3 food service workers, 1 food service worker/part time-on call, 3 cooks, 1 baker, 1 chef, 1 store clerk/Assistant Manager. Vacant - Food Service Director (retired).

10. For the RFP, we have pulled per diem numbers from your website for our area, do they have a relevance in regards to a meal cost for a bid on breakfast and lunch? I feel that it should be meal costs + administrative cost + labor, but I don't want to disregard the per diem amounts if that is all that will be allowed or the range that we need to work with.

Proposed meal prices should be fully burdened as deemed necessary for business operations.
