Question Amendment 1 deleted Technical Question G (The offeror will provide detailed documentation of how they would operate the center under a multi-year renovation....). Amendment 3 re-inserts this question. Since this question was not applicable at the time of the walk through, the proposed renovation was not described.
What are the anticipated timeframes for the proposed renovation?
Please provide a detailed written description of the anticipated multi-year multi-million dollar renovation.

Question Relevant Experience: Offeror’s are required to address 8 relevant experience topics, yet are only provided 5 Presentation Slides and no written narrative. The Relevant Experience questions are quite detailed and cover a wide range of functional areas.
We recommend the Relevant Experience slide limit be raised to 20 to adequately address this topic. Additionally, we respectfully request consideration of a 10 page written description of Relevant Experience.
Response
The Relevant Experience presentation slide limitation should have reflected “10 Presentation Slides”. There is no written narrative required for the Relevant Experience section.
