About this file

This is a Register of Wage Determinations under the Service Contract Act issued by the U.S. Department of Labor, Employment Standards Administration, Wage and Hour Division.

The document establishes prevailing wage rates for service contract employees in five Ohio counties: Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Lorain, and Medina. Wage Determination No. 2015-4727 (Revision 28, effective December 3, 2025) provides hourly rates across numerous occupation classifications organized by occupational code, ranging from administrative and clerical positions at $12.17 to $31.91 per hour to specialized technical roles such as nuclear medicine technologists at $46.77 per hour and registered nurses at up to $47.25 per hour. All listed occupations receive fringe benefits of $5.55 per hour (up to 40 hours weekly, or $222.00 per week/$962.00 per month), with an alternate rate of $5.09 per hour for specific SCA-covered contract performance. Additional benefits include two to four weeks of paid vacation based on tenure, a minimum of eleven paid holidays annually, and hazard pay differentials of 4 to 8 percent for positions involving ordnance, explosives, or incendiary materials.

The determination includes special provisions for computer professionals who meet exemption criteria under 29 U.S.C. Section 213(a)(1) and (17), uniform allowances capped at $3.35 per week for maintenance costs, and a conformance process requiring Standard Form 1444 submission for unlisted occupational classifications. Executive Order 13706 establishes paid sick leave requirements for covered contracts awarded on or after January 1, 2017, mandating one hour of paid sick leave per 30 hours worked, up to 56 hours annually. Night pay and Sunday pay differentials apply to air traffic controllers and weather observers, with 10 percent additional pay for night work and 25 percent Sunday premiums for full-time employees.
