About this file

This document contains a distribution agreement and statement of work for a federal contract solicitation. The U.S. Army Contracting Command Orlando seeks proposals for an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract to provide Army Ground Aerial Target Control System support, development, and production capabilities for aerial, maritime, and ground targets over a five year base period and two optional one year ordering periods. Interested offerors must complete and submit the included distribution agreement to receive attachments with the base statement of work, initial delivery order statement of work, and technical data package. Proposals are due by July 2021 with anticipated award in the third quarter of 2021. The distribution agreement requires handling information appropriately, using it only for proposal purposes, and destroying or returning it after contract completion. It also stipulates compliance with export control laws and verifies offerors and their personnel are eligible for contracts.
