About this file

This is Amendment No. 0001 to solicitation DCSC-25-RFP-044 for Multiple Award AEP IDIQ Services issued by the District of Columbia Courts Administrative Services Division. The amendment primarily addresses proposal submission requirements and organizational conflict of interest restrictions.

The amendment clarifies that offerors must submit one printed signed original, five printed copies, and one electronic copy of proposals by March 21, 2025 at 1:00 PM EST. It establishes that any IDIQ prime or consultant who works on feasibility studies, bridging documents, investigations/assessments, or design-build RFPs will be precluded from participating in subsequent related design projects or design-build contracts. The amendment confirms that proposals can use either SF330 or J16 forms with no specific template requirements for resumes. It also verifies that Question 2 in Attachment J.16 (Architect-Engineer PPQ) correctly asks for Design-Build services information rather than Architecture Design Services. The agency indicates that a list of incumbents will be provided but does not include it in this amendment.
