About this file
This document is an Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) Vendor Performance Report for an Interim Vendor Performance Review (VPR) involving High Street Consulting Group. The report was prepared by William Randolph, an ADOT Regional Transportation Planner, and relates to the AZ Statewide ITS Architecture Update (TSMO) project, tracking number MPD0232-23.
The contract, identified by Purchase Order #PO0000599140, involves consulting services for an Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) Architecture Update. The project is currently progressing within expected standards, with some minor issues noted including slight delays in deliverables and a missing February invoice that needs to be included in the April submission. The consultant has been instructed to make additions and revisions for RAD-IT and Planning Operations, with an emphasis on meeting the May project deadline. The performance report indicates that project objectives are being met, though some refinements are still needed, and no specific corrective actions are currently required.
