1. pls provide model name, SW version deployed?

Reply: System should be flexible enough to do either. Production currently uses analog lines. However, there may be a switch to recording via VoIP at some yet to be determined future date. Even with this switch, that analog lines may remain in production as a backup route/path to the Intrado in case of SIP failure.
iii. For the current radio system, NDXN Handhelds,
1. What is model number & SW version deployed?
Reply: Zetron Integrator RD model 4048 SW version 5.6.3.1795.
2. How many consoles?
3. Do you want to record radio traffic via Zetron consoles or analog lines?
Reply: Analog channels for radio channel recording – FRA is currently recording 12 radio channels. We would like to record all 20.
a. Depending on response,
i. How many Zetron consoles?
ii. or how many analog lines required to record analog radio traffic?
iv. How many admin analog lines to record?
Reply: Six (6) (all hunt groups for 3131 and 3414).
v. How many admin PBX digital lines to record?
Reply: Please clarify this question. We don’t record non-emergency lines or operator lines.
vi. Per attachment A, section 4 are you requesting 10 playback licenses be quoted for RFP?
Reply: Four (4).
3. The three (3) consoles positions, please confirm if they are analog or VOIP.
