Dear gate staff, The Engineering Department understands the need for stricter control of visitors on campus during the COVID-19 pandemic however in order to continue safe facility operations, we must allow contractors access to the campus. This letter serves as proof that this contractor/vendor has legitimate need as determined by the Chief of Engineering. Please allow them entry to the facility where they will meet with their Contracting Officer's Representative for a visitor's badge.
Directions for Contractor/Vendor:

Contractors/Vendors are expected to follow the same protocals as VA employees:
Fever OR signs/symptoms oflower respiratory illness (e.g. cough or shortness of breath)?
o DO NOT come to work, alert your supervisor o If you are at work, alert your supervisor and go home immediately o Call your healthcare provider, alert them you have symptoms and may have been exposed to a COVID + patient
• Show letter for entry
• Meet your COR or report to Boiler Plant (801) 582-1565 x 1043 for temporary ID badge.
