About this file

This is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for the GLOBUS Program Azimuth Gearbox Procurement under Air Force contract FA8507-26-R-B002, dated 04 March 2026. The document establishes data delivery requirements and procedures for contractor submissions throughout contract performance.

The CDRL specifies four primary data items: (1) Integrated Master Schedule (CDRL A001, DID DI-MGMT-81650/T), (2) Test Plan (CDRL A002, DID DI-NDTI-80603A), (3) Test/Inspection Report (CDRL A003, DID DI-NDTI-80809B/T), and (4) Product Drawings and Associated Lists (CDRL A004, DID DI-MGMT-81000E/T). All submissions must follow applicable Data Item Descriptions (DIDs) available through the Assist Quick CDRL Search website and comply with DoD5230.24 Distribution Statements. Deliverables require letter of transmittal with specific identification elements including contractor transmittal number, contract number, CDRL sequence number, title, revision identification, and distribution list. Data submissions follow a 30-calendar-day Government review and approval period unless otherwise specified, with the Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO) responsible for approval determinations. All documents must display DISTRIBUTION STATEMENT C marking and appropriate export control warnings on cover pages. Delivery should occur electronically when possible to addresses specified: AFLCMC/ESGS, AFLCMC/ESGK-R (both at Robins AFB, GA), or Riverside Research (Lexington, MA), with classified materials addressed to respective security offices or document control centers.

3. In the context of this CDRL, a "/T''' following the Data Item Number in Block 4 on the DD Form 1423-1 is to be interpreted as ·'tailoring" of that Data Item Description (DID), and will be clarified in Block 16 (Remarks) of the DD Form 1423-1. When a “/T” is not indicated, the data must comply fully with the DID.

4. Appropriate DoD5230.24 Distribution Statements identified in Block 9 on the DD Form 1423-1 and further defined in the CDRL. "Remarks" block shall be placed on the document cover page.

7. Data submitted under this contract shall be accompanied by a letter of Transmittal (LT) and be identified with the following elements:

a. Contractor's Transmittal Letter Number, including a running serial number and date

10. Requirements for periodic revisions to data, where no changes have occurred since date of last submission, shall be satisfied by a record Letter of Transmittal from the contractor stating that "no changes have occurred since the last submission'".
