RE: FDEP Project Number: CN220 – TA19 CO1 Additional Services for Wakulla Springs Ranger Station Replacement Edward Ball Wakulla Springs State Park
Dear Ms. Ross, This proposal is additional services for the Ranger Station at Edward Ball Wakulla Springs State Park that is located in Wakulla County, Florida. The existing ranger station of approximately 300sf is to be removed as it is currently in a state of structural disrepair due to water intrusion problems. The intent is of this additional service is to provide MEP (Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing) services for the new building. The new building will be sited in the same location as the old. This prefabricated building will be provided by FDEP. The existing tower feature will remain and tie into the new building.
The design will tie into the existing septic system, currently located within the island in front of the station.
Existing site lighting is to remain, but additional site illumination in the immediate vicinity of the ranger station will be added. The existing roadways are anticipated to remain largely in their current configuration, modifying only as required to address current codes.
Please review the attached Proposal Summary and deliverables.
Sincerely, Dewberry
Deji Ajose-Adeogun, P.E.
