From: Finkbeiner, Donald To: Baxley, Joshua; Jamie Graham Cc: Rowe, Richard J.; Chang, Laura D Subject: St Andrews CN220 TA17 CO4 Jetty pavilion Date: Tuesday, June 28, 2022 3:09:00 PM Attachments: image001.png

Good afternoon Josh, Jamie, CN220 TA17, CO4

Remaining subtasks

Subtask 9A - Site visit civil, 02/28/22, Travis Sanders, paid last invoice

Subtask 9B - Site visit civil (5 hours) Subtask 9C - Substantial site visit civil (8 hours), structural (10 hours)

Subtask 17 - Site visit structural, submittals, RFI (16 hours)

I have used (3) site visits for Jamie to straighten out our contractors issues at St Andrews Jetty pavilions.

-02/28/22 site visit to review the pavilion footings -04/19/22, emergency visit to review the damaged Gun mount pavilion roof and to provide a repair design -06/07/22, Site visit to review damaged Gun mount pavilion roof and pavilions in progress

I am not sure of the hours that have been used and I still need (1) site visit after the repairs are finished, (1) substantial completion visit and (1) final completion visit. I also need to add the pile inspection, review and possible solution if the piles have been damaged.

Can you provide a proposal for this additional work and split the tasks as much as possible? This will be change order 5 and I think we should extend to 06/30/2023.

Please give me a call if you have any questions.

Thank you Don
