About this file
This is an email correspondence dated July 29, 2021, addressing administrative issues related to contract CN220. The sender provides clarification on missing Technical Amendments (TA) and Task and Completion Orders (TACOs) to Contracts Admin regarding TA15 CO1, TA11, and TA16 CO1.
TA15 CO1 has been submitted to Contracts Admin. TA11 does not exist; a folder was created in 2018 but never updated, with no email records or documentation supporting its existence. TA16 CO1 was drafted but never executed due to an administrative error; the time requirement originally specified in TA16 CO1 was consolidated under TA16 CO2. The sender proposes creating placeholder FACTS workbooks to account for these erroneous document numbers moving forward. TA16 CO1 was intended as time-only with no budgetary impact, and TA11 would represent a zero-sum document. The sender requests guidance on whether statutory requirements exist regarding document number sequencing or whether placeholder documentation would be sufficient for resolution.

Subject: RE: CN220 (Missing TA & TACOs)
Good afternoon, You should see that TA15 CO1 has been sent to Contracts Admin.
TA11 does not exist. There was a folder made in 2018 that was never updated. There are no email records or documentation indicating TA11 ever existed.
Likewise, TA16 CO1 was given a folder and drafted but never executed. I spoke with Ashely Williams about this several months ago. TA16 CO1—like TA11—was the result of an error. The time requirement specified in TA16 CO1 was included under TA16 CO2.
I’m not sure how this should be handled. I can upload a ‘placeholder’ FACTS workbook to explain the situation and ensure these are accounted for moving forward. TA16CO1 was intended as time-only, so there is no budgetary concern with that document. TA11 never existed, so that would also be a zero-sum document. Unless there is a statutory requirement for the order of these document numbers, I think some sort of ‘placeholder’ or ‘numbered in error’ workbook would suffice. Please advise.
