About this file

This is a Certification Regarding Lobbying form issued by the Nevada State Purchasing Division, Department of Administration. The document serves as a required certification for vendors participating in federal contracts, grants, loans, or cooperative agreements administered through Nevada's procurement process. The form requires the undersigned to certify that no federal appropriated funds have been or will be paid to influence officers or employees of any agency, members of Congress, or congressional employees in connection with the awarding of federal contracts, grants, loans, or cooperative agreements, or any extensions, continuations, renewals, amendments, or modifications thereof.

The certification mandates that if non-federal funds have been or will be paid for lobbying purposes, the vendor must complete and submit Standard Form-LLL, Disclosure of Lobbying Activities, in accordance with its instructions. Additionally, vendors must ensure that this certification language is included in all sub-award documents at all tiers, including subcontracts, sub-grants, and contracts under grants, loans, and cooperative agreements, with all sub-recipients providing corresponding certifications and disclosures. Failure to file the required certification subjects violators to civil penalties ranging from $10,000 to $100,000 for each failure. The form requires completion of fields for date, solicitation number, vendor name, authorized signer name, and authorized signature.
