About this file
This is a Certificate of Non-Collusion form required by Jones County School System (JCSS) in Georgia for an E-Rate Wireless equipment procurement. The document establishes the legal and ethical framework governing supplier responses to the school system's solicitation for wireless access point replacement. JCSS is requesting proposals for equipment to replace all current wireless access points on a one-for-one basis, with the winning vendor responsible for uninstalling existing units, installing new equipment, and transporting removed access points to the Technology office. Installation must occur when students are not present. Suppliers must provide a detailed project plan including hardware lead times, installation timelines, and assigned staff, along with documentation of prior similar installations, K-12 experience, and any previous work performed for Jones County Schools. Pricing shall be separated by location and categorized by E-Rate eligible and ineligible sites.
By submitting a response, suppliers acknowledge that their proposal constitutes a binding offer valid for one hundred twenty (120) days from the final solicitation closing date and certify compliance with all specifications and requirements. Suppliers confirm that their response is made independently without collusion, fraud, or prior agreement with other bidders, and acknowledge that collusive bidding violates state and federal law with potential penalties including fines, imprisonment, and civil damages. Suppliers further certify compliance with the Official Code of Georgia Annotated Sections 45-10-20 et seq. The form must be completed in its entirety, signed by an authorized representative, and submitted with the proposal response.
