About this file

This is a Certificate of Non-Collusion form issued by Jones County School System for use in responding to solicitations SPD-SP012 and SPD-SP011. The certificate requires suppliers to certify that their response constitutes a binding offer upon written acceptance by Jones County School System, that all items meet or exceed stated specifications and requirements, and that delivery will conform to solicitation specifications. Responses must remain valid for one hundred twenty days from the final solicitation closing date, unless otherwise specified or extended with supplier consent. A pre-bid meeting for RFP #23-55 was scheduled for March 28, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time via Zoom to discuss an internet content filter procurement. Additionally, Henry County, Georgia issued RFP #23-55 on June 1, 2023 for general contractor and pool builder services to construct the Henry County Aquatic Center and Outdoor Water Park at 1177 Henry Parkway Connector in McDonough, with proposals due by July 13, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. local time. The project scope includes construction of a Type II A building housing a 50-meter competition pool, therapy warm pool, outdoor zero-entry pool, lazy river, activity pool, and water features or slides with associated sitework.

Suppliers must certify that responses are made without prior understanding, agreement, or connection with other bidders and are fair and free from collusion or fraud, acknowledging that collusive bidding violates state and federal law and can result in fines, prison sentences, and civil damage awards. The certificate references compliance with Official Code of Georgia Annotated Sections 45-10-20 et seq. Proposals may not be withdrawn for sixty days following the submission deadline except as permitted under OCGA. Henry County reserved the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any technicalities. The solicitation ultimately closed with no award, as no proposals were received by the deadline.
