About this file
This is a Contract Data Requirements List (DD Form 1423) that specifies technical data deliverables for an F-22 aircraft contract with Collins as the contractor. The contract is managed by 406 SCMS/GULAB (Air Force Material Command) under Performance Work Statement Paragraph 2.3.
The primary deliverable is Engineering Data for Provisioning (EDFP) designated as Data Item A002, which must be submitted as required on an ongoing basis. Submissions require one set of technical data in electronic format delivered simultaneously to the Prime Provisioning Activity at 406 SCMS Provisioning (Hill AFB, UT), the AIS System Sustainment Program Office, the Contracting Officer, and DLA Logistics Information Service. Required file formats include PDF (preferred), JPG, or TIF, with files named using the standardized convention "PLISN Part Number" (single space between PLISN and part number). All technical data must be annotated with PLISN, PCCN, SCC, PCC, CAGE, and part number. The data is classified as Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) with Proprietary Business Information designation and Distribution Statement C restrictions. The PPA must accept or reject submitted technical data within 90 calendar days of receipt. Delivery shall be via email to 406scms.provisioning@us.af.mil or through the Department of Defense Secure Access File Exchange (SAFE). The contractor must provide all required data translated to English language and shall not assess developmental costs to the Government, only reproduction and assemblage costs.
