About this file
This is a DD Form 1423, Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), dated February 2024, establishing provisioning technical documentation requirements for the F-22 system under a contract with Collins.
The contract requires the delivery of Logistics Product Data (LPD) in the form of Provisioning Technical Documentation (PTD) as referenced in Performance Work Statement (PWS) Paragraph 2.2. The requiring office is 406 SCMS/GULAB at Hill Air Force Base, Utah 84056, which serves as the Prime Provisioning Activity (PPA). Specific deliverables include: Provisioning Parts List (PPL) in top-down sequence, Design Change Notices (DCN) in PLISN sequence, Statements of Prior Submission (SPS), and Long Lead time Items List (LLIL) in reference number sequence. All submissions are required on a DD250 form with distribution to government and contractors under Distribution Statement C. Submission dates for PPL, SFPPL, LLIL, and CBIL are to be established at the Provisioning Guidance Conference (PGC) and reflected on AFMC Form 718, while DCN submissions follow the schedule outlined in the Initial Provisioning Performance Specification (IPPS) dated 10 August 2017. Incremental PTD submissions are authorized, and the SPS must be submitted within 30 days of IPPS receipt if furnished after contract award. All PTD transmittals must include contract number, PCCN, SCC, type of PTD, and line item count, with concurrent email notification to the PPA at 406scms.provisioning@us.af.mil.
