About this file
This document is an OregonBuys posting page and Request for Qualifications (RFQ) issued by Marion County, Oregon for a pool of Architecture and Engineering (A&E) Services Consultants. The RFQ was released on February 12, 2024, with questions due by February 23, 2024 at 2:00 PM PST and qualifications due by March 4, 2024 at 2:00 PM PST. Respondents must submit all materials electronically through the Marion County Procurement Collaboration Portal. The document provides detailed instructions for portal navigation, including account creation, accessing solicitation documents, submitting questions, registering as a respondent, uploading qualification documents, and updating response status. Account creation must be completed 15 to 30 minutes before file submission to allow proper system processing.
The RFQ establishes a qualifications-based selection process for creating a consultant pool rather than a competitive bid for a single project. No specific pricing information, set-asides, or contract values are disclosed in this posting document. Respondents interested in the opportunity must register on the portal, submit their qualifications documentation, and indicate their submission status through the system. The document emphasizes the Marion County Procurement Collaboration Portal as the sole mechanism for all communication, question submission, and proposal delivery, requiring all participants to maintain active accounts throughout the solicitation period.
