About this file
This is a Certification Regarding Lobbying form issued by the Nevada State Purchasing Division, Department of Administration. The document serves as a mandatory certification requirement for vendors and contractors engaged in federal contracts, grants, loans, or cooperative agreements processed through the State of Nevada.
The certification requires the undersigned vendor to attest that no federal appropriated funds have been or will be paid to influence government officials or members of Congress in connection with the awarding of federal contracts, grants, loans, or cooperative agreements. Vendors must also certify their obligation to disclose any non-federal funds used for lobbying purposes by submitting Standard Form-LLL, "Disclosure of Lobbying Activities," if applicable. Additionally, vendors must ensure that identical certification language and requirements are included in all subaward documents at every tier, including subcontracts and subgrants. The form requires completion with the solicitation number, vendor name, authorized signer name, signature, and date. Failure to submit the required certification subjects violators to civil penalties ranging from $10,000 to $100,000 for each violation.
