About this file
This is a Request for Bid (RFB) for Roofing Services issued by the New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, Division of Procurement and Support Services, with bid number 3019-25. The solicitation seeks a contract for roofing services across various New Hampshire counties, with work to be performed from November 1, 2025, through October 31, 2028 - a three-year term with potential for two additional years of renewal. The bid covers comprehensive roofing repair and maintenance services for state-owned facilities, including removal, transport, and disposal of roofing materials, with estimated usage varying by county from 50 to 750 hours. The bid closing date is April 2, 2025, at 9:00 AM Eastern Time, with an online public bid opening via Microsoft Teams.
The pricing structure requires bidders to submit hourly rates for supervisors and apprentice/laborers for each county, with the state intending to award primary and secondary contracts to the vendors offering the lowest and second-lowest gross hourly rates. The contract will be non-exclusive, allowing the state to retain other contractors for services. Vendors must provide comprehensive general liability insurance of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate, along with workers' compensation coverage. The bid emphasizes environmentally friendly practices, compliance with safety regulations, and the ability to perform both emergency and non-emergency repairs. Eligible participants include political subdivisions and nonprofit agencies, with the state estimating usage but not guaranteeing minimum quantities.
