The addendum clarifies the date and time for the mandatory pre-bid meeting, confirming it will be held on Thursday, April 3, 2025, at 10:00 AM. The addendum serves to officially communicate and resolve a discrepancy between the bid documents and Vendorlink regarding the pre-bid meeting time, ensuring all potential bidders have accurate information about the project's procurement process.

The addendum does not provide additional details about pricing, set-asides, or funding sources beyond resolving the pre-bid meeting time conflict. Its primary purpose is to formally communicate the correct meeting time and incorporate this clarification into the official contract documents, ensuring all bidders have consistent and accurate information about the project's procurement timeline.
