About this file
This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) from the Department of the Interior's Interior Business Center for a software solution to support Permanent Change of Station (PCS) and travel voucher management. The solicitation seeks a unified platform that will automate the creation, approval, and management of OF1164 vouchers, travel reimbursements, and relocation-related transactions for multiple federal agencies. The system must adhere to FedRAMP standards and provide comprehensive functionality including employee profile management, auto-forwarding of household goods shipment requests, and integration with financial systems.
The contract will have a base period from 06/01/2025 to 05/31/2026 with four one-year option periods extending potentially to 05/31/2030. The solicitation is set aside for small businesses, with a NAICS code of 541611 and a size standard of $24.5 million. Quotes are due by 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on May 9, 2025, and must be submitted electronically as a zipped file. The system must support digital signatures, PIV card access, comprehensive relocation tracking, and comply with various federal security and privacy requirements including Section 508 accessibility standards.
