About this file

This document is a template for reporting on limitations on subcontracting for small business set-aside service contracts valued over $150,000. It requires the prime contractor to provide details on amounts invoiced and paid to similarly situated and non-similarly situated subcontractors in order to calculate compliance with subcontracting limitations. The related federal contract opportunity is a solicitation from the National Park Service for services under NACE code 242190 at the Carter G. Woodson Home and adjacent properties. The template collects information on the contract number, prime contractor, period of performance, type of set-aside, services required, amounts invoiced by the prime and subcontractors, and calculations to determine compliance with subcontracting limitations for small business contracts. It also provides for a corrective action plan if limitations are exceeded.
